Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Medium to deep pressure. Working out knots or trigger points. From 10 being the greatest amount of pain and 1 being barely any pain, it should never feel greater then a 7. While working out knots it could feel boderline annoying or a feel good pain. Point of this massage: to throughly relax the muscles and release muscle knots or trigger points as much as possible. Can spend specific time on problem areas or choose a full body massage and work out problem areas a little bit.
